Contact and request details
When you submit a form or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company information, message content, source page, and technical metadata needed to process the request.
This page explains how AWAM Develops handles personal data when you visit the website, submit a contact form, or communicate with us about services.
When you submit a form or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company information, message content, source page, and technical metadata needed to process the request.
We may use analytics or conversion tracking to understand visits, form submissions, and marketing performance without placing personal information in public URLs.
We use submitted details to review your request, reply to you, and propose relevant technical next steps.
If we work together, data may be used for project communication, support, CRM records, automation, reporting, and service delivery.
Technical logs and operational records may be used to prevent spam, detect errors, secure the website, and improve service quality.
We process data based on your request, legitimate interest in managing business communication, service delivery needs, legal obligations, or consent where required.
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, accounting, legal obligations, security, or legitimate business records.
Data may be handled through trusted tools such as hosting, CRM, email, analytics, communication, and automation providers when needed to operate the website and services.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
For privacy requests, contact AWAM Develops at info@awam.ly. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
The controller of your personal data is AWAM Develops, a freelance technical practice based in Milan, Italy. For anything about your data, write to info@awam.ly.
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner we use a random visitor ID stored in a cookie (awam_vid, kept for 6 months) to understand how many people return to the website. With it we record the pages you view, where you came from (for example a search engine), your device type and browser, and a shortened IP address (the last part removed, for example 93.45.12.0). The visitor ID and the shortened IP address are automatically deleted after 90 days; only anonymous totals are kept after that. If you click "Decline", none of this is recorded and any visitor cookie is removed.
Until you make a choice, we count page views in aggregate without cookies and without storing your IP address, using a one-way code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. We ignore visitors who send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal.
If you accept cookies, our pages load a measurement pixel from OpenAI that helps us understand how our advertising performs (for example, whether a contact request followed an ad). It may set its own cookies. It does not load if you decline or have not chosen.
When you like a post we store a one-way code made from your connection details so the same person cannot like twice; it cannot identify you. If you leave a comment we store the name you enter, your comment, the optional email address (never shown publicly) and the time. Comments are shown after approval and kept until we delete them; ask us at any time to remove yours.
The contact form on this website is provided by our own CRM at crm.awam.ly. The details you enter (name, email, phone number and message) are used only to answer your request and to keep a record of our conversation, for as long as that is needed.
You can change your cookie choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, to object to how it is used, and to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it). Write to the email address shown on this page and we will reply as soon as possible.
If you have a privacy question about the website or a submitted request, contact us and we will review it carefully.
